Swig sizes run from Kids 12 oz up to X-Large 44 oz. The Kids 12 oz cup is the smallest size and the usual pick for younger kids. Small is 16 oz, Medium is 24 oz, Large is 32 oz and X-Large is 44 oz. If you are unsure, start with Kids 12 oz.

Caffeine-free drinks for kids
